Marie Magdeleine was born on February 4th, 1771 in St.- Servan.  Marie Magdeleine's father is Honore Braud and her mother is Elizabeth MAILLET dit LeBlanc.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 80 on January 20th, 1852 in Thibodaux, Lafourche, LA.  She was buried on January 21st, 1852 in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux, Louisiana.



Marie Magdeleine's family

Marie Magdeleine and Joseph Hypolite were married in a religious ceremony on October 29th, 1794 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, East Baton Rouge.  They had a son named Jean Charles.
