Antoine (Brot) was born in 1666 in Port Royal, l'Acadie, Nova Scotia.  Antoine (Brot)'s father was Vincent (Brot) Breaux and his mother is Marie Bourg.  His paternal grandparents are Rene Vincent (Brot) Breaux and Marie Reneaume.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 38 in 1704 in Pisiguit, l'Acadie, Nova Scotia.

Antoine (Brot) and Marguerite were married in a religious ceremony in 1687 in Port Royal, l'Acadie, Nova Scotia.  They had a son named Charles.
