Joseph was born in 1712 in Pisiguit, l'Acadie, Nova Scotia.  Joseph's father is Antoine Breaux and his mother is Marguerite Dugas.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 71 on May 21st, 1783 in Nantes, France.



Joseph's family

Joseph and Ursule were married in a religious ceremony in 1734 in Cobequid, l'Acadie, Nova Scotia.  They had a daughter named Marie-Josephe.
